The Yokan Collection

Learn more about yokan, a variety of wagashi (Japanese traditional confection) that dates back to the 14th century, at the National Museum this weekend. There will be about 15 vendors from Japan and more than 100 varieties of yokan, as well as live demonstrations by chefs.

Wagyu Beef Burgers At Pan Pacific

Pan Pacific Singapore is introducing Japanese wagyu beef burgers at Pacific Marketplace and Atrium. Anchan Thai Buffet Dinner At Blue Jasmine

Ash & Elm at the InterContinental Singapore will host The Finland-Singapore Culinary Masters, featuring chef Kari Aihinen, executive chef at the Ravintola Savoy in Helsinki, and Singapore's Eric Neo in a Nordic-Asian dining experience. Highlights of the seven-course dinner include lamb tartar, cold-smoked Arctic char, braised king crab in sour milk and juniper and a Peranakan-influenced buah keluak chicken ravioli in a laksa cream sauce. The main course is Finnish premium pork cheeks in two ways.

Black Widow Burger, Meat Lover Massacre At 50 Raffles Place

Sear has transformed the house-favourite burger into The Black Widow Wagyu Burger ($28++), a ghoulish treat with a housemade charcoal burger bun filled with a 150g wagyu beef patty and topped with guacamole, smoked cheddar cheese, salad and served with freaky fat fries. At Angie's, the Shucking Spooktacular Platter ($18++) comprises six large oysters in three ways - Poison Ivy, Devil's Kiss and Slimy Bloody Eyeball. Quentin's Trick Or Treat Party

At Quentin's Eurasian Restaurant's Halloween Trick or Treat Party, there will be treats for children dressed in their best Halloween costumes.
