New Dinner Menu Of Sharing Plates At Botanico

Botanico has a new dinner menu of sharing plates with highlights from the wood-fired Inka oven. Besides a five-course set dinner menu ($72++), new dishes include Inka-grilled pork belly ($12++), foie gras latte ($15++) and seabass ceviche ($18++). Other highlights are Hatcho miso-marinated lamb T-bone ($32++), Iberico char siew ($35++) and jalapeno ice cream ($14++).
