Tong Le Private Dining will be serving a six-course menu by chef Ken Ling using ingredients from the Japanese city of Niigata. Organised by the city in collaboration with Oishii Magazine, the menu will feature items such as Sazae (horned turban sea snail), Medai (sea bream), Kurobuta Pork (also known as the Kobe beef of pork) and Koshihikari (Niigata's famous rice), Niitaka (pear) and Okesagaki (persimmon).

Dolce Vita Hosts Michelin-starred Chef Salvatore Bianco
Salvatore Bianco, executive chef of one-Michelin-star restaurant Il Comandante in Naples, Italy, is making a guest appearance at Mandarin Oriental Singapore's Dolce Vita. He will showcase his signatures such as carpaccio di gamberi, a refreshing red shrimp appetiser topped with yogurt and a hint of pineapple and vanilla.
