Avignonesi Wine Dinner At Zafferano
Zafferano will present a five-course dinner by head chef Marco Guccio, paired with 50&50 and other vintages by Avignonesi. Hosted by Chen Xi, Asia manager of Avignonesi, the dinner begins with poached calamari, red prawns, white clams and Tuscan panzanella (paired with Il Marzocco Chardonnay 2013).
