Autumn-Winter Menus At Saint Pierre

Saint Pierre's refreshed seasonal menu features contemporary French creations with Asian-inspired elements, showcasing the best of autumn and winter. Autumn ingredients include figue de sollies (purple figs) from France and kabocha pumpkin from Hokkaido. The pumpkins are paired with poached lobster belly and lobster bisque-infused coriander nage. The refreshed menu embraces different flavours of the season with creations such as pan-fried arctic char with lemongrass and parsley ice cream topped with new harvest oscietra caviar. Popular favourites include live Hokkaido scallop seared with almond-butter; seawater-poached black cod served with four preparations of seaweed (fresh, dried, powdered and fried), Japanese clams and broth.

Oxwell & Co's New British Lunch Menu

Oxwell & Co, led by head chef Nick Scorpion, has introduced an all-new modern British lunch menu. The menu has starters such as Chicken Liver Pate, Spiced Pumpkin Soup, Crispy Calamari and Pear & Stilton Salad; main courses ($15++) such as roast chicken leg served with buttered baby potatoes and smoky gravy; poached seabass with quinoa, fennel salad and gremolata; mushroom and leek pie with mature cheddar; fish and chips made of seabass and served with mushy peas and fries; and the Oxwell Burger, topped with mature cheddar, special sauce and served with fries.
