KAYA TOAST

"The fresh hot brioche French toast with chewy mochi cheese and sweet housemade kaya is already delicious on its own. When assembled with other ingredients such as gula melaka, shaved coconut, almond slices, crumbs and a scoop of sea-salt mascarpone ice cream, it creates a mouth-watering synergy of hot and cold as well as sweet and salty."

HOKKAIDO TARO ICE CREAM PUFF

"What drew us to this quaint shop was the smell of the puffs being made. They smelt of pure, buttery goodness. I especially liked the taro-flavoured ice cream because it wasn't very sweet and the flavour was just right. One could tell that they used good cream because the ice cream was silky-smooth. The puff was crunchy outside, slightly glazed with sugar, and chewy inside. It was the perfect combo."

BLOODBERRY

"As mystical as it sounds, the BloodBerry is intricately assembled in two chocolate pot shells with Hoegaarden Rosee mousse and yogurt parfait filling. Topped with a chocolate macaroon stick resembling a wizard's wand, this artisanal dessert is a perfect blend of chocolate delight and fruity goodness, definitely hitting our sweet spots."
