"The different elements - sweet yet tangy lychee sorbet soft-serve with red date jelly, longans, little pink meringue gem biscuits, edible flowers and a cookie crumble - worked amazingly well together. "The seafood and sashimi cubes retained a hint of coldness and freshness, a welcome change from some chirashi dons I've had, where the sashimi was warm.
