"My weekend lunches are usually made up of healthy acai bowls. I whip up a pack of unsweetened acai with coconut juice and kiwi or frozen bananas in the blender and top it with organic chia seeds, and fresh fruit such as blueberries, strawberries, pomegranate or grapes and a variety of nuts. I get the frozen acai packs from Project Acai at Ngee Ann City and Holland Village."

MACARONI AND CHEESE
