SINGAPORE - Singaporean chef Jereme Leung, who moved to Shanghai in 2002 to open Whampoa Club, is back home with a restaurant under his name at the newly restored Raffles Hotel.

After leaving Whampoa Club in 2009, he stayed on in Shanghai and started his own company, Jereme Leung Concepts, through which he works with hotels and hospitality operators in China, the Philippines and Maldives to open Chinese restaurants bearing his brand.
