After joining Hai Tien Lo late last year, executive chef Ben Zeng has been working on revamping the Cantonese restaurant's menu.

He launched his new menu last month with some of his signature dishes garnered from his experiences working in restaurants such as Hakkasan Miami in the United States and Cassia at Capella Singapore.
