Two-month-old Lee's Confectionery, which serves dainty cakes, is something I'd expect in hipster Tiong Bahru, not tucked away in a HDB block a five-minute walk from Chinese Garden MRT station. I'm not complaining as it's time to up the cool factor in the area.
