Newly opened Japanese restaurant Kyoten in Tiong Bahru, specialises in seasonal ingredients for sushi and sashimi.

The Kyouten dinner omakase ($138++) comprises two seasonal appetisers, a grilled dish, a simmered dish, tempura, five pieces of sushi, miso soup and dessert.
