Chef Damian D'Silva showcases a new repertoire of authentic heritage dishes at Kin in Straits Clan

I have been a fan of Chef Damian D'Silva's cooking since he opened Soul Kitchen in Purvis Street in 2002.

Subsequently, he worked at various establishments such as Immigrants in Joo Chiat Road and, most recently, Folklore at Destination hotel in Beach Road.
