F&B firms form green council

Members of the F&B Sustainability Council will set sustainability targets, and support one another by pooling resources and sharing best practices

As sustainability continues to be the key buzzword in the food and beverage (F&B) industry this year, a new platform has been launched to bring various players together for collective action.

The F&B Sustainability Council is spearheaded by The Loco Group, which runs a chain of restaurants, including Super Loco at Robertson Quay and Customs House. It started on its own sustainability journey in 2018.
