The Dragon Chamber, a self-styled "speakeasy" restaurant and bar that operated at Plaza Singapura briefly about two years ago, has resurfaced in Circular Road.

Speakeasies refer to the illegal drinking establishments during the United States' Prohibition era in the 1920s which often hid behind an innocent front to circumvent the law.
