MACALLAN MASTERCLASS

Macallan brand trainer Keith Nair and brand advocate Randall Tan will guide guests as they sample the spectrum of The Macallan's expressions, from the signature core products (Fine Oak, Double Oak, Sherry Oak) to The Macallan Rare Cask and the soon-to-be released The Macallan Edition No. 2.

ART OF THE DALMORE

At this event hosted by Dalmore's Rare Whiskies director Jonathan Driver, guests will be able to taste the distillery's Principal Collection - including the King Alexander III, the world's only single malt to be finished in six different woods. The session will also delve into the brand's investment-grade rare and vintage collection.

LUCA GARGANO & DAVE BROOM

This masterclass on rum will see rum expert Luca Gargano share his knowledge on pure single rum and how he has developed the category, which is like the single-malt category for whiskies. Rums that guests will be able to sample include the Foursquare 2006 from Barbados, Caroni 1996 Trinidad 100-proof and Haitian-style Clairin rums.

DICTADOR EXPERIENCE

Colombian rum Dictador's regional manager Knut Randhem will be on hand to showcase its "best of" range as well as series of aged rums, including the Dictador 20 Years. The brand has more than 100 years of history and some rare Colombian rums will also be showcased in Asia for the first time.
