'Demon chef' opens modern Asian restaurant 15 Stamford by Alvin Leung

SINGAPORE - Seven months after opening his first restaurant, Forbidden Duck, in Singapore, London-born celebrity chef Alvin Leung has launched his next concept.

Called 15 Stamford by Alvin Leung, the 162-seat restaurant opened last Wednesday (Dec 19) at The Capitol Kempinski Hotel. 15 Stamford Road is the address of the 157-room hotel, which commenced operations on Oct 1. The hotel is part of the Capitol Singapore development which includes the iconic Capitol Theatre, Capitol Piazza for shopping and dining, and the Arcade stretch of eateries on the ground level.
