SINGAPORE - As my office is in Toa Payoh, I seldom have to brave the lunch crowd in the Central Business District's hawker centres.
But during a quick visit to Maxwell Food Centre some months back, I make a note to return to try out Ramen Taisho - during an off-peak period.
