Pig trotter is not an uncommon dish here, but at Lin Ji Pig Trotter Rice in Chai Chee, you will not find the version that Singaporeans are familiar with.

No salt, dark soya sauce or rock sugar is used in making the allimportant braising sauce. The stall also shuns the use of monosodium glutamate.
