SINGAPORE - I am no sushi snob. My apologies to the Japanese sushi masters, but I enjoy my supermarket sushi as much as a luxurious meal in a high-end restaurant - for different reasons, of course.
At a top sushi restaurant, I can admire the chef's skills and indulge in the delicate pieces of raw fish on rice for hours.
