SINGAPORE - Ask any Ngee Ann Polytechnic graduate about some of his fondest school memories and a specific dish gets brought up repeatedly: chicken fuyong.
The dish, found at the Japanese Cuisine stall at the Makan Place food court within the campus, is apparently so famous that every student there would have had it at least once.
