In the second instalment of a series about some of the tastiest Chinese New Year goodies in town, I head to Ang Mo Kio to find out more about the tangy, melt-in-the-mouth reduced sugar yuzu pineapple rolls from Pine Garden's Cake.
Watch how these treats are made by hand and baked in small batches.
Other snacks that I like at this shop include its traditional pineapple tarts and its latest creation - tom yum cookies, made with coconut milk, red tom yum paste, lemongrass and kaffir lime leaves.

TIPS FOR ALCOHOLIC DRINKS
Aromatic bitters used in cocktails are usually the smallest component in the glass, but leave them out and you could be left with a characterless cocktail.
Here is a list of good bitters to add to your collection and recipes for a Manhattan and a martini. Shake up these classic cocktails with the addition of chocolate, lavender and pimento bitters.
