Chef David Pynt of one-Michelin-starred modern Australian barbecue restaurant Burnt Ends has opened a hawker stall.
Meatsmith Western BBQ is at Makansutra Gluttons Bay at the Esplanade and is one of six new stalls at the outdoor foodcourt, which has been in business for 13 years. It re-opened last Saturday, after a month-long, $250,000 facelift.
