A bigger and better Min Jiang opens at Dempsey

SINGAPORE - Because of the current redevelopment of Rochester Park, the 12-year-old Min Jiang at One-North closed in March. But it is not gone for good.

The restaurant reopened as Min Jiang at Dempsey the following month in a single-storey colonial building among the former army barracks. It is much nicer than the Rochester Park premises as there is not only more seating indoors but the high ceiling also creates a feeling of space not found in the old place.
