SINGAPORE - Madam Leong Yuet Meng, the 90-year-old hawker and founder of Nam Seng Noodles & Fried Rice at Far East Square, is looking to franchise out her business, which is best known for its traditional wonton noodles.

There is no franchise fee set yet, as Madam Leong and her three sons believe in finding someone with the "right fit".
