La Dame de Pic at Raffles Hotel embraces a culinary direction that infuses local food culture into French haute cuisine

One of the most anticipated fine-dining restaurants opening this year must be La Dame de Pic, the restaurant by French chef Anne-Sophie Pic at Raffles Hotel.

Pic is renowned for earning three Michelin stars for her restaurant Maison Pic in Valence, south-east France. And Raffles, reopening after a two-year renovation, is expected to use the overhaul to bring in some excellent restaurants, befitting its standing as Singapore's most famous hotel.
