Singapore-exclusive Dazzling Betty shoes PHOTOS: GIUSEPPE ZANOTTI, LIMITED EDT, 3INA

GIUSEPPE ZANOTTI OPENS FIRST SINGAPORE BOUTIQUE

Italian shoe designer Giuseppe Zanotti was in town for the grand opening of his first store here, at Ion Orchard, on Tuesday.

To mark the occasion, the boutique is exclusively carrying a limited edition of the brand's signature Dazzling Betty shoe design, in red suede embellished with red crystals. The peep-toe shoe, priced at $1,890, features a 120mm-high platform sole and block heel.

Giuseppe Zanotti is located at 01-11A, 2 Orchard Turn.

NEW MATTE LIP SHADES FROM YSL BEAUTE

Six new leather-matte shades will soon be added to French beauty label YSL Beaute's iconic Rouge Pur Couture The Mats range.

Seductively bold and highly pigmented, the shades include Crazy Tangerine, a warm bright orange, and Black Red Code, a deep merlot shade.

The lipsticks are easy to apply and create a velvet finish that sits comfortably on the lips.

The launch of the new shades will be accompanied by a new lip top coat. The Rouge Pur Couture Set And Matte Lip Coat ($50) is a translucent liquid top coat which the label says will create a matte finish on any lipstick and help colour to last all day.

The lipsticks ($51) and lip top coat will be available at YSL Beaute counters from Nov 3.

LIMITED EDT VAULT REOPENS

Sneaker boutique Limited Edt has reopened its store, known as The Vault, at 313@Somerset after a revamp.

Wearing a sleek, modern look, with the burgundy, gold and mahogany hues of a gentleman's club, the space features a hidden section for rare and exclusive sneakers that takes its design inspiration from a bank vault.

To celebrate the reopening, Limited Edt has partnered with adidas Consortium to present a luxury edition of the Superstar sneaker. Drawing inspiration from smoking jackets and cigar rooms, the shoe (above) comes in a solid burgundy that makes it look almost like a dress shoe, with batik detailing on the side instead of stripes. It retails at $219.

The Vault is located at 04-13, 313 Orchard Road.

3INA OPENS IN SINGAPORE

British cosmetics brand 3INA (pronounced Mee-Nah) has launched in Singapore with a flagship store at Ion Orchard and a second outlet at Tampines Mall.

The brand's name was derived from the word "mina", the Argentinian slang word for "beautiful girl".

Known for its bold colours and highly pigmented products, 3INA claims to challenge the one-size-fits-all definition of beauty. Its bestsellers include The Pen Eyeliner ($16), The Pencil Eyeshadow ($16), The Nail Polish ($13, above) and The Matte Lipstick ($16).

3INA products are also cruelty-and paraben-free. The label has 25 stores in more than nine countries, including Australia, Greece, India and Italy.

3INA is located at B2-67, Ion Linkway at Ion Orchard, 2 Orchard Turn; and 01-27 Tampines Mall, 4 Tampines Central 5.
