SINGAPORE - Not many Singaporeans can claim to have purchased exquisite fabrics and costumes for the prestigious New York City (NYC) Ballet. It was a dream job Leonard Choo was sorry to leave.

He was due home to fulfil his commitment to the arts sector here. Graduating with a master's in fine arts from Boston University in 2014, he is the first National Arts Council (NAC) Arts Scholarship recipient to study costume design.
