Deepavali, which falls on Tuesday, will see Indians celebrating the day by wearing new clothes to represent a new start.

Indian ethnic wear includes the sari, salwar kameez, lengha and kurti for women, and the kurta pyjama, sherwani and dhoti-kurta for men - worn in bright colours during the festive season.
