Some might think that being a radio deejay is all about knowing what to say, but Money FM 89.3 deejay Michelle Martin says her biggest skill is knowing how to listen.

Speaking to The Straits Times, the long-time deejay says: "I see myself as a professional listener and that is a big part of good radio. It is about listening and asking yourself, how do I moderate a discussion so that I bring out the best in my guest and the best content for the listener."
