Swopping second-hand clothing has been on the rise among shoppers here in recent years, thanks in part to players like The Fashion Pulpit and Swapaholic.

Now, friends Kimberly Ong and Sarah Bennett, both 25, hope to grow the local community of shoppers who swop make-up too.
