SINGAPORE - Residents in the north and north-east of Singapore will soon have a new mall to go to with the opening of The Seletar Mall this month.
Developed by The Seletar Mall Pte Ltd, a joint venture company between Singapore Press Holdings and United Engineers Limited, the mall obtained the Temporary Occupation Permit (TOP) on Oct 28 and will open its doors to shoppers on Nov 28, SPH said in a media release on Monday.
Located at 33 Sengkang West Avenue and described as "family-oriented, modern and chic", the four-storey mall plus two basements will house more than 130 brands and has about 380 parking spaces.
The diverse mix of anchor tenants include premium supermarket FairPrice Finest, cineplex Shaw Theatres, foodcourt Foodfare, Japanese casual clothing company UNIQLO, ladies-only fitness centre Amore Fitness & Boutique Spa and departmental store BHG.
Diners can look forward to an extensive list of established cafes and restaurants at The Seletar Mall, including A-One Claypot House, BALIthai, Delifrance, Din Tai Fung, Fish & Co., Han's, Hong Kong Sheng Kee Dessert, Let's EAT, McDonald's, My Briyani House, NeNe Chicken, O'Coffee Club, Oki-Machi ,Paradise Inn, Pizza Hut, Proofer Boulangerie, Shokudo, Song Fa Bak Kut Teh, Starbucks, Subway, Sushi Express, Swensen's, Texas Chicken, The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, Toast Box, umisushi, Xin Wang Hong Kong Cafe and Ya Kun Family Cafe.
