SINGAPORE - A waiter at a restaurant thought he was seeing double when home-grown singer Stefanie Sun recently visited for lunch with her younger sister.
Sun, 39, took to Instagram last Friday (March 2) to share the amusing encounter.
She posted a selfie of her and her younger sister, and captioned in Chinese: "Having lunch with my sister. The waiter asks: 'Which one is Stefanie Sun?'"
She added that as her sister had stepped away to answer a phone call at that moment, she cheekily pointed to her instead.
The Instagram post, which has since received over 10,500 likes, brought smiles and laughter to many fans.
Referring to the sisters, an Instagram user said: "You both really look alike!"
Sun, who is married to Dutch-Indonesian businessman Nadim Van Der Ros, was recently criticised online, after she posted a photo of her five-year-old son sitting on a statue at the Singapore Botanic Gardens. She is currently pregnant with her second child.
She later apologised for the boy's actions in a post on Chinese social media site Weibo, saying they had been overly excited during the visit.
