LOS ANGELES - The series Single Parents puts a comical spin on parenting and other life struggles for unmarried parents. But stars Leighton Meester and Taran Killam - who play solo parents trying to help each other out - say real single mothers and fathers tell them it is a pretty accurate depiction of their lives, including fumbling attempts to start dating again. It airs on Thursdays at 10pm on Fox Life (Singtel TV channel 301, StarHub TV Channel 501) and also streams on Fox+.

Chatting to media at a press day in Beverly Hills, Killam, 37, and Meester, 33, say they have received "good feedback" from single parents who watch the series, which debuted in 2018 and began its second season on Dec 26.
