This week-long Halloween party taking place in the Tanjong Pagar area is hosted by craft brewery Heart of Darkness, which originated in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The brewery has opened a gastropub in Tras Street and for Halloween, it will serve dark beers such as stouts and porters (from $8).
