The star-studded cast of streaming service Netflix's first original series in Mandarin, Nowhere Man, went all out for the prison-break crime thriller - including meeting real-life triad members.

In separate telephone interviews with The Straits Times, Taiwan's Joseph Chang, Alyssa Chia, Mavis Fan, Jeremiah Chang and Wang Po-chieh say the series was challenging but rewarding to shoot.
