Veteran home-grown Malay rock band Rusty Blade will play their evergreen hits at the RockFest 2018 music event

In the 1980s, home-grown quintet Rusty Blade made their name as one of the heaviest and loudest bands in the Malay rock scene.

In the early years, their tendency to gravitate towards heavy metal music was a handicap and the band had difficulty getting a residency in nightspots here.
