The director and cast of the racially charged movie Native Son, available now on HBO Go, are prepared for it to spark some controversy.

The dramatic thriller maps the tragic events set in motion when a young black man, Bigger Thomas (Ashton Sanders), starts work as a chauffeur for a rich white Chicago family and begins an ill-considered friendship with their daughter Mary (Margaret Qualley).
