Barbadian singer-actress Rihanna is again raising eyebrows with her fashion sense.

In the September issue of British Vogue, she graces the cover sporting thin, drawn-on eyebrows.

Said the magazine's editor-in-chief Edward Enninful: "A fearless music-industry icon and businesswoman, when it comes to that potent mix of fashion and celebrity, nobody does it quite like her."
