Back in 2016, you could hire Bernard Lim - radio deejay, former managing director at Mediacorp and chief executive officer of entertainment company LifeBrandz - as an Uber driver.

Ferrying passengers around was something that Lim, who joined Singapore Press Holdings (SPH) radio station Money FM 89.3 as a deejay last Thursday, never thought he would do. Some friends even tried talking him out of it.
