SINGAPORE - At 51, radio deejay Bernard Lim is ready to start a family. Not only will the media veteran and former nightlife head honcho marry Thai public relations and marketing executive Pim Suvarnakuta, 37, at the Registry of Marriages on July 27, he is also set to become a first-time father.
The couple will adopt 16-month-old Minnie, whose mother, Pim's younger sister, died of brain cancer in 2018. He says that Minnie's father has given his blessings for the adoption as he wants her to grow up in a family unit.
