SEOUL • Park Shin Hye and Lee Min Ho are the South Korean actors most favoured by fans of the Korean Wave in the United States.

About 4,700 fans surveyed by the state-owned Korea Creative Content Agency picked Park as their favourite actress, her agency Salt Entertainment said earlier this week. She is the star of K-dramas such as The Heirs (2013), Pinocchio (2014, pictured) and Doctors (2016).

Following Park on the list of actresses were Gong Hyo Jin (The Master's Sun, 2013) and IU (Scarlet Heart, 2016).

Lee, who is Park's Heirs co-star, topped the list of actors, followed by Lee Joon Gi (Scarlet Heart) and Lee Jong Suk (Pinocchio).

Lee Joon Gi is in the 2016 Hollywood film Resident Evil: The Final Chapter.
