Oscar-winner Christoph Waltz makes franchise debut in new James Bond Spectre trailer

Two-time Oscar winner Christoph Waltz makes his James Bond franchise debut in the new trailer for upcoming movie Spectre.

The 2-1/2 minute clip - the first full-length look at Daniel Craig's fourth Bond outing - starts with M (Ralph Fiennes) grilling Bond over a trip to Mexico City.

We are given glimpses at new characters played by Monica Bellucci, Lea Seydoux and Andrew Scott, as well as Bond's new supercar.

The plot takes Bond to Rome as he works to uncover a sinister criminal organisation called Spectre. The summary states: "As Bond ventures towards the heart of Spectre, he learns of a chilling connection between himself and the enemy he seeks, played by Christoph Waltz."

The movie will be released in Singapore on Nov 6 this year.
