SINGAPORE - Crippling queues to enter the Neon Lights festival grounds on Saturday (Nov 23) were caused by "technological difficulties", said festival organisers.

Many festivalgoers took to Facebook to express their frustrations over an almost two-hour wait to enter the venue, which cause them to miss headline acts such as British electronic-soul group Honne, who took to the stage at around 6.15pm.
