NEW YORK (AFP) - Fans accustomed to being shocked by Miley Cyrus may soon be able to feel it in their own hands - in the form of a vinyl album with her own urine.
The Flaming Lips, the fantastical space-age rockers who collaborated with the pop singer on her 2015 album Miley Cyrus and Her Dead Petz, said they were looking to reissue the work on vinyl - with a special addition.
"We'd get a good amount of Miley's pee and mix it with some glitter and put that in," Flaming Lips frontman Wayne Coyne told Britain's New Music Express site.
The Oklahoma band has been known for its own eyebrow-raising antics, from Coyne cruising the crowd in a giant bubble to mixing beer and their own blood onto vinyl.
"I think that would up the ante. Don't you?" Coyne said of the urine-infused album.
It remains to be seen whether they will follow up on the idea. Coyne in 2015 said The Flaming Lips and Cyrus were planning a concert in which all performers and audience members would be completely naked, but there is no sign that the show took place.
