SINGAPORE - Members of the public, and not just contest winners, will have the chance to meet Thor actor Chris Hemsworth next week when he makes an appearance at Marina Bay Sands on May 25.

The actor will meet 50 contest winners at Sands Theatre Foyer at Basement 1 of MBS between 6.15pm to 7pm, but members of the public can also get in on the action by collecting complimentary tickets for the meet and greet session from as early as 1pm on the day.

Tickets will be given out at the Sands ticketing office, but as the capacity of the foyer is limited, entry is based on a first come, first served basis. Ticketholders will also be subject to security checks. Doors to the Sands Theatre foyer will open at 4pm, and only ticketholders will be allowed in.

Hemsworth, a Hugo Boss ambassador, is in Singapore for the reopening of the German luxury fashion house's new BOSS concept store at Marina Bay Sands.

The 50 contest winners, who will also get to meet the global fragrance ambassador, will be selected from a pool of contenders - those who buy a Hugo Boss fragrance (75ml and above) at any Sephora Singapore store from now until May 22.

Contest winners will be announced the day before the meet-and-greet session on May 24.

The 34-year-old actor was last seen as the god of thunder in Avengers: Infinity War which has become the highest-grossing movie of all time in Singapore. It is also the first film in Singapore history to surpass $14 million in takings at the box office.
