SINGAPORE - Frontman of American rock band Linkin Park, Mike Shinoda, is set to perform at Zepp @ BigBox Singapore on Aug 22.

The show is part of a global tour to promote his upcoming debut solo album, Post Traumatic, due to be released on June 15.

The singer, rapper, songwriter and producer is a founding member of Linkin Park, one of the most successful American rock bands in recent times. The Grammy-winning group's other frontman, Chester Bennington, committed suicide last year (2017). In January, Shinoda released an EP, also titled Post Traumatic, with songs that dealt with his feelings on Bennington's death.

Shinoda was also part of a side project, Fort Minor, a hip-hop group which released an album, The Rising Tied, in 2005.

Linkin Park have performed in Singapore three times, most recently at the Padang in 2011, a show that was part of the F1.
