The title The Ghost Bride conjures up visions of a tale tinged with the supernatural and macabre, with romance and possibly mystery elements added to the mix.

All this and more is delivered in the six-episode adaptation of Malaysian writer Yangsze Choo's English novel of the same name, which is directed by Malaysian film-makers Quek Shio Chuan (Guang, 2019) and Ho Yuhang (At The End Of Daybreak, 2009).
