SINGAPORE - When Italian contemporary classical composer Ludovico Einaudi is coming up with new works, his physical activities outside matter as much as what happens inside the music studio.

Walking, for example, is an essential part of the 64-year-old's creative process. His recent work, a set of seven albums titled Seven Days Walking that was released monthly in 2019, was inspired by his treks through the Alps mountains during winter.
