Imagine Dragons to return to Singapore

SINGAPORE - Grammy Award-winning American band Imagine Dragons will be back here to perform at the Singapore Indoor Stadium on Jan 7.

The alternative rock band is known for hits like Radioactive and Demons. The Singapore stop is part of a global tour to promote their third and latest album, Evolve, which peaked at No.2 on the American Billboard charts.

The quartet, which won a Best Rock Performance Grammy for Radioactive in 2014, performed at the same venue at their first Singapore show in 2015. They last played here at the Formula 1 Singapore Airlines Singapore Grand Prix the following year.

Tickets, from S$98 to S$228 go on sale for organisers Live Nation's members on Oct 10, 10am and to the general public on Oct 11, 10am.

The Imagine Dragons gig join other major music events taking place in Singapore in Jan 2018, a list that includes indie music festival Laneway at The Meadow, Gardens by the Bay, on Jan 27, American folk band Fleet Foxes at the Esplanade Theatre on Jan 14, Japanese rock band One OK Rock at Singapore Indoor Stadium on Jan 20 and American reggae-pop band Magic! at The Coliseum on Jan 26.
